Biography

 
Dr. Patricia Connelly is a Nationally Board-Certified Licensed Acupuncturist who has a passion for helping people heal. Her specialties are chronic illness, autoimmune, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, ADD/ADHD, Down Syndrome, Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita, Anxiety, PTSD, Depression, Trigeminal Neuralgia, Neuropathy, Arthritis, musculoskeletal disorders and fertility. Dr. Trish is compassionate, dedicated, and determined to provide each patient with attentive quality care. She focuses on healing mind, body, spirit, and has an in depth understanding of the mind body connection. She starts each morning in prayer and meditation and while she treats her patients, she prays quietly to herself for her patients healing. Dr. Trish uses an integrative method by blending Low Level Laser Therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy and several other supportive modalities.
 
Prior to pursuing her education in acupuncture, Dr. Trish spent 30 years working in the field of customer service management and working with special needs children. She found acupuncture on her journey to help herself heal from chronic illness. Dr. Trish loves children and horses and in her spare time she enjoys doing community service. Diplomat of Acupuncture

A Diplomat of Acupuncture is an acupuncturist who is certified by the NCCAOM®. It is a considerable professional achievement to earn the designation Diplomate of Acupuncture (NCCAOM®). NCCAOM® Certification indicates to employers, patients, and peers that one has met national standards for the safe and competent practice of acupuncture as defined by the acupuncture and Oriental medicine (AOM) profession. National board certification in acupuncture has been the hallmark of excellence in AOM since the inception of the NCCAOM® Acupuncture Certification Program in 1982.
